Hugh Charles Evans, 73, Lancaster, Pennsylvania died Tuesday June
5, 2007, at Lancaster Regional Medical Center. Born in Milwaukee,
WI, he was the son of the late Hugh Smith Evans and Anne Walker
Evans. He was the husband of Deone (McGarry) Evans and they were
married in August 1956. In 1962, Dr. Evans joined the Department of
English at Franklin and Marshall College, teaching courses in
