WHITING --- Bea Patterson Brown, 88, Whiting, died Sunday, Feb.
25, 2001, at a Horton retirement center.
She was born Aug. 4, 1912, in Mitchell County, to William and
Frances Taylor Halfhide. She graduated from Glen Elder High School in
1931 and received a teacher training certificate.
She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Community Club,
both in Whiting.
She married Earl Patterson on April 19, 1936. He died Nov. 1,
1978. She married Ralph Brown...
