Two senators call a news conference to present an average, hard-working American who -- to their embarrassment --turns out to have a Nazi swastika tattooed on his arm.

Is that news?

Several major media organizations didn't think so. The West Virginia truck driver was trotted out by Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.) and Minority Leader Tom Daschle (D-S.D.) as someone who would be helped by the Clinton tax plan.
