EMPORIA --- Wilma Allene Allen, 85, Emporia, died Wednesday, Feb.
16, 2000, at an Emporia nursing home.
Mrs. Allen worked for Hartford Manor for 20 years.
She was born Dec. 4, 1914, in Altoona, the daughter of Clement and
Lillian Counts Dannels. She attended high school in Altoona. She
lived in Cherryvale, Neodesha and Fredonia before she moved to
Emporia in 1964.
Mrs. Allen was a member of Twin Rivers Christian Church in
Emporia.
