Florence A. Atwood, 84, Topeka, died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2000, at a Topeka hospital.

Mrs. Atwood was a retired nurse. She had worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center and the Topeka Allergy Clinic.

She was born June 4, 1915, in Bancroft, the daughter of Frank C. and Minnie Howard Warner. She moved to Topeka in 1954.
