Charles W. Feltner OSAGE CITY --- Charles W. Feltner, 73, Osage City, died Sunday, Nov. 7, 1999, at a Topeka hospital. He was employed at the Topeka Goodyear Plant. He retired. Feltner Funeral Home in Lyndon is in charge of arrangements.

FAIRVIEW --- Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the United
Church of Christ in Fairview for Lloyd E. Ashton, 76, Fairview, who
died Friday, Nov. 5, 1999, at a Topeka hospital.
He was born March 24, 1923, north of Fairview, to Floyd Isaac and
Helen Amanda Mead Ashton. He attended Franklin School near Fairview
and graduated from Fairview High School in 1941. He spent most of his
life in the Fairview community. He was a farmer and later was
postmaster in Fairview ...
