Einstein Sheds Light for Jelly Beans

As a professor at Princeton in 1954, Albert Einstein befriended a young African-American girl who was having trouble with her math homework and asked her for jelly beans in exchange for his tutorial.

That incident has now inspired "Einstein: Light to the Power of Two," part of HBO's "The Inventors' Specials," premiering Tuesday at 7 p.m.
