Mary Jane Sender, Topeka, died Tuesday, June 29, 1999, at her home.

Mrs. Sender and her husband had farmed in Shawnee County and ranched in Colorado for a short time in the 1940s. She later was a dormitory director for Kansas State Hospital from 1963 to 1976.

She was born June 29, 1911, at Wrigley, Ky., the daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Lula Matilda Wilder Caskey. She moved back to Shawnee County from Colorado in 1952. Mrs. Sender was a member of the Willard Baptist Church. S...
