Duty keeps calling for interim Topeka Police Chief Steve Harsha.

Joy Moser, spokeswoman for the Kansas National Guard, said Monday that Harsha was undergoing a training session related to his service in the 190th Air Refueling Wing of the Kansas Air National Guard. Moser said the session was expected to last a couple of weeks.
