Flooding in the Louisiana Gulf has reduced Kansas farmers' access
to world grain markets.
Key ports in the Gulf Coast region remain closed Wednesday,
hampering the flow of goods in and out of the area, The Associated
Press reported. More than half of U.S. grain exports --- mostly corn
and soybeans --- are shipped down the Mississippi River.
"It takes your ability to access the world market. You can't
