Electoral process to choose a president begins this month

DAYS TO WATCH

Here is a calendar of some of the key dates down the road to Election 2004:

Jan. 19: The Iowa caucuses, which are meetings where delegates are selected for party conventions, take place. They are important because this is the first test of how voters support the many candidates.
