Real facts on sugar gliders

I am the proud owner of two sugar gliders and was thrilled to see an article in your paper about them. Upon reading the article, however, I was grossly disappointed. It is my firm conviction that sugar gliders were not accurately represented. I found some disturbing "factual" information in your article:

1. Sugar gliders "can live in hamster-like cages." This is absolutely false! As you stated in your article, sugar gliders like to run, jump long distances and play. They certainly couldn't do that in a hamster cage.

2. Sugar gliders need "two weeks of bonding." Not true. Just like humans, ...
