1913 ~ 2004
A great-great-grandson and namesake of colonizer Brigham Young died surrounded by his loving family on May 23, 2004, at the Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah.
He was born January 5th, 1913, in Raymond, Alberta, Canada, to young homesteaders Brigham Spencer Young and Edna Brewerton. They later returned to Salt Lake City where they remained throughout their lives with their five children: Margaret Young Leigh (deceased), Brigham Spencer Young Jr., Richard Brewerton Young, Joy Young Hill, and Patricia Young Guggisberg.
