2nd man arrested in dumping of body

PROVO -- A second man has been arrested in connection with the dumping of a dead body on a Saratoga Springs trail at the beginning of March.

Hermenegildo J. Herrera-Carvajal, 24, was booked into the Utah County Jail on Wednesday for investigation of abuse of a dead body. He has not been formally charged.

Police arrested Herrera-Carvajal after receiving tips stemming from newspaper stories that police wanted to talk with him, said Utah County Sheriff's detective Dale Lea.
