Aggies lick the Anteaters

IRVINE, Calif. -- Utah State played the role of spoiler Saturday
night at UC Irvine.
No, the Aggies didn't knock the Anteaters out of the Big West
Conference tournament, nor did they snap a long winning streak.
The Aggies beat the Anteaters, 59-56, on Senior Night, barely.
It took huge second halves from Mark Brown and Spencer Nelson to
get it done, though.
Brown scored 15 of his team-high 17 points and Nelson added 11 of
his 14 in the final 20 minutes in leading the Aggies to their fourth
straight victory.
UCI's Ross Schraeder, who scored a game-high 20 points, missed a
shot at the buzzer ...
