Racing sailor Jim Andrews hates to lose. "I have never met a more competitive human being in my life -- on the boat, in racing, in life, in everything," says his hired helmsman, John Kolius, who travels in pretty competitive circles himself as an Olympic silver medalist and two-time America's Cup skipper.
