Come see majestic bighorns
|
There is one animal in Utah that always seems to draw special
fascination -- bighorn sheep.
It could be because there are so few, seeing one is rare. Then it
could be the wrap-around horns the rams like to display. And, it
could have something to do with the head-butting ritual the big rams
go through each November.
Whatever the reasons, the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources will
be offering interested persons two opportunities to see two different
species of the majestic bighorn.
On Nov. 15, in Provo, there will be a Watchable Wildlife viewing
event of the Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep. And ...
