Crews working hard to clean up others' mess

I am writing in response to the comments made by Ald. Willie Hines in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Jan. 11 ("Residents asked to dig out garbage"). He said sanitation crews should extend themselves a bit more in picking up garbage that has some snow on or around it, and crews need to make a greater commitment to providing services.
