Waukesha ready to fight EPA on radium levels

The City of Waukesha is preparing to mount a legal challenge to a
federal agency's recent decision to enforce strict federal radium
standards.
Such enforcement could cost dozens of Wisconsin communities
millions of dollars in water system improvements.
