Wisconsin takes great care of its natural resources

The state of Wisconsin's natural resources are said to be good.

I believe that because, among other reasons, George Meyer, secretary of the Department of Natural Resources, says it is so.

That, in my book, is reason enough. However, I buy into the concept for a number of other reasons above and beyond those by which we normally measure such things.
