Project on Paradise Drive backed in West Bend Study finds development could put 1,500 more cars per day on nearby road

The preliminary design of the latest commercial development along
Paradise Drive received approval Tuesday from the city's Plan
Commission.
Developers of Paradise Woods appeared before the commission with a
preliminary plat of the 45.7-acre parcel on Paradise Drive between
7th Ave. and U.S. Highway 45.
Ryan Companies U.S. Inc. has offered to purchase the land from the
family that owns it.
The plat was tabled in July after residents on Silverbrook Drive
said the proposed extension of that road to Paradise Drive would
increase traffic through their neighborhoods.
