Watergate outweighs Lewinsky as scandal, according to poll

Some key numbers from a Newsweek poll released over the weekend that looked at the Watergate and Monica Lewinsky scandals. The poll of 752 adults taken Thursday and Friday has a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.

Which one of the four scandals do you consider most serious? Watergate 39%, the Iran-contra affair 23%, the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal 22%, foreign money in '96 election 10%, none serious 1%, don't know 5%.
