Founders relinquishing Criticare leadership Soika will replace Von der Ruhr next month as president and CEO

Gerhard Von der Ruhr, president and chief executive officer of
Criticare Systems Inc., Thursday announced he was stepping down after
13 years at the helm of the Waukesha-based company he helped found in
1985.
Also leaving as vice chairman and senior vice president is Joseph
Lai, another founder of the $28 million medical monitor
manufacturing and sales firm.
Von der Ruhr, 57, and Lai, 55, will remain on the board of
directors.
Replacing Von der Ruhr as president and CEO will be Emil Soika,
who will assume the reins of the company next month. Lai's position
will not be filled, Von der Ruhr ...
