WATERFOWL Predators are targeted by group Management sought for nesting areas

Predation by skunks, raccoons and red fox is having a devastating impact on waterfowl populations across North America's prime breeding ground for ducks. And state and federal conservation agencies, as well as private conservation groups, should add predator management to their waterfowl habitat programs.

That's the message that Lloyd Jones, vice president of the Delta Waterfowl Foundation, brought to Milwaukee last week.
