Behind Masarick, Stonewall Jackson Stays Unbeaten

When Tammy Masarick wants to hit a softball, she doesn't think about how she is going to hit it but where she is going to hit it. She calls it visualization. Stonewall Jackson Coach Ira DeGrood just calls it successful.

"Visualization, it sounds kind of dumb," Masarick said. "But it works."

Yesterday against visiting Woodbridge, Masarick was thinking center field all game. It worked -- she knocked a pair of RBI singles up the middle in a 3-0 Stonewall Jackson victory.
