Simplicity Manufacturing Inc., Port Washington, will have its fifth owner since 1983 when it is acquired by Questor Partners Fund of Southfield, Mich., later this year, it was announced Monday. Simplicity, a maker of lawn and garden equipment and snow blowers, "is an excellent company with excellent management," said Henry Druker, a managing director of Questor.
