A University of Wisconsin administrator says a lawsuit that was
heard in a federal appeals court last week over the use of student
fees could affect how student groups are funded at public
universities throughout the Midwest.
Three UW-Madison law students sued the university two years ago
because they did not want their mandatory fees funding campus groups
