Light rail is all about money and you know

Light rail has not exactly been a riveting issue for me.
There's a reason for that: I have a car. Because of that, the
light rail debate is one for which I feel little kinship.
But I do know the basics: In order to alleviate traffic concerns,
state consultants have recommended building a light rail line through
Milwaukee County, the price tag somewhere in the neighborhood of $330
million.
If it's successful, chances are light rail would grow, making it
possible one day to step onto a train in downtown Milwaukee and end
up in Waukesha County.
