One mother wept Wednesday as she gently rocked a child in her
arms. Other mothers and family members hugged each other in
sorrow and support.
But perhaps the most dramatic part of the commemorative ceremonies
for Wednesday's moment of silence an event calling on residents to
remember children who died because of violence or accidents came
when the name and age of each child killed in Milwaukee County over
