Marcia Henderson of Union Grove won the State Fair's grand champion steer competition Wednesday, earning a record $56,000 at the Governor's Blue Ribbon Livestock Auction.

"I'm still in shock," said the 19-year-old University of Wisconsin-Whitewater student after her 1,260-pound crossbreed named Noah took the top prize for beef at the fair.
