The Waukesha School District is striking back at a sexual harassment complaint filed by a teacher, saying she made lewd gestures in front of male co-workers and was a frequent instigator of bawdy discussions.

Earlier this year, Jannon Kirley filed a federal lawsuit against the district, a principal and four male teachers at Waukesha South High School.
