Southern-style biscuits get the spotlight

Lois Schneider, Wauwatosa, sent a recipe for Southern-style
biscuits as requested by Marion Reader, Almond.
Schneider wrote: "A request from a Journal Sentinel reader for
cinnamon raisin biscuits reminded me of the wonderful biscuits we
enjoyed on vacations in the South a lighter, fluffier biscuit.
