"notices" are rarely worth the official-looking paper they're

more of these tricky mailings telling them they've won cash fortunes
or valuable prizes.
Some of these mailings are legit -- even if your chances of
winning big are next to nil. But many of them are scams designed to
defraud consumers out of millions of dollars ...
