Florida Gunman Sets Fire, Kills 2 After Eviction

A sniper killed two people and wounded two others in a Miami suburb today in a bizarre spree in which he set fire to a condominium complex that evicted him, then began shooting from its balcony before being apprehended, police said.

Paul David Ahern, 42, was arrested and charged with 13 crimes, including two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted murder of a police officer and one count of attempted murder.
