It's easier to be in a spring mind-set when the weather begins to
behave like it. Inspired by a warm weekend, I recently brought out
the blender and pondered what kind of "damage" I might be able to do
with it.
The rogue mint running rampant in my small garden gave me an idea,
as did the piles of Key limes at the supermarket. I drank lots of
fresh lime juice with mint as a child waiting for my dad at the
clubhouse while he was working hard at improving his 4 handicap on
the golf course...
