Groundhog not likely to see shadow
The clouds should stick around today, and that translates into the
end of winter, since the groundhog will most likely not see his or
her shadow here and in much of the eastern part of the country.
Wisconsin continues in a quiet weather pattern, with the polar and
subtropical jet streams north and south, respectively, of this
location, directing storms and cold air masses away from the state.
