They say he was unfairly paid for land that lost road access
Waukesha -- The state owes a Pewaukee city businessman and land
owner a little more than $1 million for a sliver of property and road
access that it took from him in the Highway 164 improvement project,
a jury has decided.
After a three-day trial, the jury awarded Jack J. Andersen $1.06
million above the $139,200 the state already paid him for...
