Bookkeeping issues one facet of dispute threatening board
Wauwatosa -- A just-completed audit of the Wauwatosa Business
Improvement District's 2003 finances has uncovered several
irregularities, including missing invoices for most of the year, an
undocumented payment to a board member and selective rebates for
businesses that were overcharged on their assessments.
