Started after devastating fire, insurance company now a local
institution

Anthony Warren, president and CEO Of West Bend Mutual Insurance
Co., pulls a plastic business card out of his coat pocket.
It doesn't bear his name, but the principles that he said have
guided the West Bend-based mutual insurance company for the past 110
years.
The card serves as a handy reminder to each of the company's more
than 700 employees of the firm's core values.
