Black Kettle's Portobellos make going vegetarian attractive

Klauser, Cedarburg, requested the recipe for a Portobello mushroom cheese appetizer served at the Black Kettle restaurant, 8660 N. 107th St. She wrote: "One of the vegetarians at our table ordered a Portobello mushroom with cheese appetizer dish. It was one of the most delicious appetizers we have had in a long time. I was glad she shared it with us."
