Phillies hope reliever can help their bullpen

During a one-week span last month, left-handed reliever Valerio De
Los Santos turned in three scoreless outings against Philadelphia for
Milwaukee.
Apparently, the people who run the Phillies were impressed.
Seeking to shore up a scuffling bullpen, Philadelphia acquired De
Los Santos from the Brewers on Tuesday in exchange for a player to be
named or cash.
Brewers general manager Doug Melvin said the club had until Nov.
