Judges uphold EPA standard on case involving Waukesha

Waukesha -- City water bills could double -- even triple -- for nearly 600 communities nationwide, at a cost of hundreds of millions of dollars, after a federal Circuit Court of Appeals decision Tuesday in Washington, D.C.
