Emmpak plant reopens as state ends probe into E. coli outbreak

Emmpak Foods Inc. said Wednesday that it has reopened its Milwaukee meat-grinding plant, nearly three weeks after suspending operations in connection with an E. coli outbreak and nationwide recall of 2.8 million pounds of ground beef.
