Development would ruin rustic nature of area, Genesee residents argue

Genesee -- A proposed business park has drawn criticism from some town residents, who said it would spoil the serene atmosphere of their rural neighborhood.

The business park would be built on roughly 19 acres near St. David's Drive and Boettcher Road. Depending on how the park is configured, it could accommodate 20 or more businesses, town officials said.
