Queen of hearts brings victory to Susa
No charm this time in draw of cards for his opponent in County
Board race

Waukesha -- Leonard Susa held up the card and smiled broadly. Luck
was a lady -- the queen of hearts.
The 54-year-old retired pipe-fitter was declared the winner
Wednesday in a County Board race that had ended the night before in a
