IF THE NEO-NAZI American Nationalist Party follows through with its plans to march down Pennsylvania Avenue to Lafayette Square tomorrow, the best thing that could happen would be for it to be greeted by empty streets. People who abhor what the American Nationalist Party stands for should stay away, attend the counter- rally sponsored by local community and civil rights groups several blocks away at the Lincoln Memorial or support the Project Lemonade campaign of the Anti-Defamation League, which raises money for the victims of racist violence.
