If you attended a non-conference boys basketball game in Brown
Deer this season, you saw something you rarely see outside the city
of Milwaukee in Wisconsin: a three-person officiating crew.
"We can do that," said Brown Deer coach / athletic director Mike
Novak. "Because I know the athletic director pretty well."
But what about the rest of the state? Outside of Milwaukee, where
