Military retirements delayed/ Air Force order obligates many to stay in

The date was fixed. Jody Tieken-Holecek would put an end to her 26-
year Air Force career Nov. 9.
She reserved a suite in the Air Force Academy's Falcon Stadium and
planned an elaborate farewell ceremony, complete with a formal
folding of the American flag and playing of the National Anthem.
