Cup runneth all over/ Avs players, coach each have day with world's most famous trophy

DENVER - The Stanley Cup gets around. It spent the summer zigging across North America, then zagging to Europe, giving players, coaches and other Colorado Avalanche officials each a day they'll never forget. It was carted in a backpack up Mount Elbert, Colorado's highest mountain, and it sweated in a Finnish sauna. It was rained upon in a small Czech town, and it got a tour of a windshield factory where a coach used to dream.

Every Stanley Cup champion has his day. This is how some of them described it.
