Summertime always has been sandwich time.

But given today's busy lifestyle, sandwich time has become just about anytime. We stop by McDonald's for an Egg McMuffin on the way to work. At lunch we grab a sandwich, either packed from home or purchased at a local deli. Then, because it's too hot, we're too tired or we're already late for soccer, baseball or gymnastics, we make do with sandwiches for supper.
